Master Cho’s Tae Kwon Do and Martial Arts

The trail of paw prints throughout Master Cho’s facility depict the attention to detail apparent in all aspects of the business. The space is gorgeous filled with real samurai swords and artifacts, a workout area for parents to exercise while their little ones are learning martial arts.

If you are an adult, and you like to change up your workout routines so you never get bored, there are martial art classes for adults. In fifty minutes not only do you burn calories but you also learn self-defense and work towards your black belt. I wanted to make sure to ask if I would be getting a hard workout with Master Cho and I was assured that I would definitely be covered in sweat by the end of the class. That is just what I want to hear.

In case you were wondering, taekwondo has many benefits for people of all ages. As we grow older, dynamic balance and motor coordination especially, are the physical fitness components that slowly and surely decrease. Taekwondo is a fun way to keep us feeling young. There was a study done by a neurologist, who still practices Taekwondo at 66, who found many benefits including the improvement of some cognitive and mental speed functions. Read the article here.

The story with the paw prints is that they are strategically placed in the exact way a tiger would walk around the room and then jump onto the staircase. Isn’t it amazing how beautiful polished concrete can be? Contact us for your project here. For this project we used the Ameripolish gold and caramel stains and the concrete was polished to a 3000 grit final finish for high shine. We completed this floor back in 2011 and it still looks like new with no maintenance done.
