Our Team

Founder and CEO
Chad Gill
Richmond, Virginia native, graduate from the Virginia Military Institute with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chad founded Concreate 13 years ago. He is also the president of the Concrete Polishing Association of America, the only polished concrete organization to oversee industry standards. He worked as a robotics and tooling design engineer, winning awards for leading teams and 2 patents for machine design. He decided to start his own business so he could raise a family with his beautiful wife Ginny Gill. He spends his free time with his four children Barrett, Logan, Cooper and Parker. Why he digs polished concrete? Polished concrete is cost effective, environmentally healthy and extremely durable. The flexibility of it goes beyond what people have ever imagined.

Business Development Manager
Paul Coviello
Certified building analyst and designer, Paul can tell you exactly how to make your space beautiful and functional. Originally from New York with a degree in Marketing at the S.U.N.Y. College of Old Westbury, his passion and energy are contagious. When he is not talking up concrete you can find him taking photographs, cooking and spending time with his children. Why he digs concrete? Polished concrete is not just utilitarian, it is an architectural design element of a building.

Crew Leader
Efrain Ortega
A natural leader, Efrain has grown with Concreate from the bottom up starting as crew member. Five years later he runs the crew because of his expertise and servant leadership approach. Efra takes care of his crew´s needs and this translates into excellence in service for our customers. You know you are in good hands when working with him and his team. When he isn´t on the road working for you he enjoys relaxing and de-stressing with some salsa dancing. Why he digs concrete? He loves seeing how customers get excited by seeing the before and after process of polished concrete. It is no surprise a lot of our work comes from word of mouth.

Senior Operations Manager
Kevin Dunford
With over 30 years of management experience and a degree from the University of Southern Florida for Occupational Safety, Kevin brings expertise to our team. You can rest easy that you are in good hands. When he is not working, you can find him playing golf or enjoying the sunshine in Virginia Beach. Why he digs polished concrete? Because of its natural beauty and durability. Polished concrete really does last a lifetime

She loves the look and how long it lasts.

She also manages the home, balancing her time between her husband and two beautiful boys, Jayden and Keegan. She has her roots in Manassas, Virginia, grew up in Midlothian and completed her degree in Interior Design from the VCU School of the Arts. She brings her attention to detail to our mobile applications, including Field Recon. Why she digs polished concrete? It is the longest-lasting floor solution available.
